Family & Partner Visas

Want to bring your loved ones to Australia? We help reunite families by guiding you through the right visa options. Whether you are sponsoring a partner, child, parent or other eligible relative, we make the process clear, compassionate and as stress-free as possible.

Family migration is deeply personal. We understand the emotional weight of being apart from the people you love, and we bring patience, empathy and thoroughness to every family visa matter.

Partner visas

Partner visas allow the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live and work in Australia. The visa is open to married and de facto couples, including same-sex couples. These applications require extensive evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship, and we help you compile a strong, well-documented application.

  • Partner visas (subclass 309/100), for partners applying from outside Australia
  • Partner visa (subclass 820/801), the onshore pathway
  • Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300), for fiancés intending to marry within nine months of arrival

Parent visas

There are several pathways for parents of Australian citizens or permanent residents to join their children in Australia, both temporary and permanent, each with different costs, processing times and eligibility requirements. We help you understand the full range of options.

  • Parent visa (subclass 103), permanent with a long processing queue
  • Contributory Parent visas (subclasses 143 and 173), faster processing for a higher charge
  • Sponsored Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 870), stays of up to three or five years

Child visas

Australian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their dependent children to live in Australia permanently. We help parents navigate the various child visa pathways and ensure the best outcome for your family.

  • Child visa (subclass 101), applied from outside Australia
  • Adoption visa (subclass 102)
  • Orphan Relative visa (subclass 117)
  • Dependent Child visa (subclass 445)
